You’re organized, a clear communicator, and proactive when it comes to solving problems before they escalate. You’ll need to understand the competitive landscape, stay close to the latest trends across platforms, and help position the agency as a strategic partner across all client touchpoints. Strong presentation skills and an ability to build trust with both clients and internal stakeholders are essential.
