Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow

Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow (FIT) is a Las Vegas nonprofit helping Southern Nevadans overcome barriers to employment through workforce training, vocational education, case management, and personalized career support.

Sage redesigned and rebuilt FIT’s website to create a clearer, more welcoming digital experience that better reflects the organization’s mission and makes its programs easier to understand and access. The new WordPress site reorganizes key information around the people FIT serves, its workforce services, community partners, and ways to support the organization.

The project included website strategy, custom UX/UI design in Figma, WordPress development, and mobile optimization. Particular attention was given to simplifying the path for prospective participants, improving access to program and orientation information, and creating clearer pathways for donors, employers, volunteers, and community partners.

The result is a modern, mobile-friendly website that gives FIT a stronger platform for serving the Southern Nevada community and supporting its long-term workforce development mission.
